Description of Business#

The Company provides the industry standard implementation for IPTV middleware.

IPTV middleware provides functions necessary to manage the connection of media streaming servers, and end user (such as set top boxes.) Streams need to be scheduled, made available to certain customers, and managed in other ways (e.g. grouped to form special pay per view packages.)

Currently, streaming media providers have to build or buy some proprietary and often low quality middleware. The Company will provide the highest quality, fairly licensed, media middleware as well as fee based service and support to enhance and customize the software.
